These are called in Japan; gamushi which means tusk beetle. This origin was thought that they have one tusk on metacoxal process, right? These are omnivorous and biggest one in the Japanese silver beetles. I love these behaviors so much. They cannot seem to fit to live underwater at all, but I'm getting to feel that these such figures which swims somehow and somehow cheers me up over an aquarium tank, so I'm also getting to be moved. | |||||||
